Hwanggung’s Farewell Instruction and Loss of the Paradise
Thereupon, people blamed and rebuked them.
Jiso blushed out of a great shame.
Taking her household, she left the Stronghold and hid herself far away.
Also those who had the custom of eating grapes and those who were prohibited protective reflection 5left the Stronghold and scattered in different places.
Hwanggung was compassionate about the state of their hearts.
She bid farewell and said,
The delusion of people is so big 9that your original nature has changed and diverted.
Because of that, you cannot live together in the Stronghold.
However, if you endeavor to manifest [the Way] for yourself and 12remove the trace of your delusion to the end, you shall be returned to the origin.
Be diligent and diligent in your efforts.
Thereupon, as gi and earth clashed, light marking hours and seasons shone unevenly and caused coldness and darkness.
As water and fire lost harmony, the species with blood-gi conceived jealousy.
That was because light became covered and could not reflect to shine.
As the gates of the Stronghold were closed and blocked, hearing was not possible.
