Traditional Korean designs of the Flower of Life (door top and roof tiles bottom)

Reflection points:

  • What is the Flower of Life? What is the Egg of Life? How do they embody Nine Numerology?
  • Note the Genealogy of the Nine Mago Creatrix and the Flower of Life and the Egg of Life embodied in a cell division (multiplication) of a fertilized egg.

Commentary of the Budoji Chapter 1 Article 1:

1Mago Stronghold was located on the highest place on earth.

Key Words: Mago Stronghold (Magoseong 麻姑城), the highest place on earth

Our Story begins with the scene of Mago Stronghold located in the highest place on earth. It is the place, which our divine ancestors of the Mago Clan chose to make a home for all forthcoming beings.

Mago Stronghold refers to the planet Earth to be the primordial home of the Mago Clan. It is the timespace that the Nine Mago Creatrix has cultivated for the life of terrestrial beings. The fact that it is located on the highest place on earth betrays an extraterrestrial perspective. That is, Mago Stronghold, the planet Earth, looks into the far-out galaxies from within the solar system.

Mago Stronghold refers to the four primordial clan communities dwelling on the ridges and valleys of a mountain range. The architectural feature of the Land of Mago Stronghold is revealed through the city structure of Budo (the Emblem City). See Chapter Thirteen (the Budoji). The geographical location of Mago Stronghold suits the Pamir Mountains. The Pamirs satisfy not only for their highest mountain peaks of the world but also for their location in Central Asia adjacent to such high mountain ranges as Tianshan, Kunlun, and Hindu Kush. Foremost, they are located south of Tianshan wherein the Hwanggung were first settled on their northbound migratory journey from Mago Stronghold upon the First Diaspora. See Chapter Eight. Known as “the Roof of the World,” the Pamir Mountains are located in present Tajikistan and China. The three core highest mountains are noted to this day; Ismoil Somoni Peak (7,495 m), Ibn Sina Peak (7,105 m) and Kongur Tagh (7,649 m). Among other lakes, Lake Zorkul, south of the Great Pamir, carries some resonance to the major themes of Magoism: Zorkul is referred to as “Great Dragon Lake (大龍池 Dalongchi)” in Chinese historical records.

A high mountain is a sacred place in which one is given revelation to the divine vision. Across cultures and religions, a high mountain is ascribed to the home of the divine. Mt. Kunlun, Mt. Meru, and Mt. Olympus are some examples.

“Mago Stronghold” lacks no reality. As a root word, it recurs as an extant historical site or place-name in East Asia. We have numerous sites and place-names called “Nogo Stronghold (Ancient Grandmother Stronghold),” “Gomo Stronghold (Grandmother Mother Stronghold)” or simply Goseng (Grandmother Stronghold) as well as “Mago Stronghold” throughout the Korean peninsula. Also a large number of female-designated mountains including Mt. Mago, Mt. Nogo, Mt. Halmi (Great Mother) attest to Mago Stronghold. Furthermore, its mythos has continued in the place-name “Sanseong (Mountain Stronghold),” too many to count in Korea alone.
